For liquid products that need neat pouring and easy handling, this handled spout pouch is a practical packaging format. The core style is a spout bag with a carry handle; when the filling setup allows, the body can be configured as stand-up or flat-bottom. A screw-cap or flip-top spout sits at the top, and a leak-resistant inner plug can be added where needed. Three-side or four-side seals create a clean, secure closure, while the reinforced handle opening helps end users lift, carry and pour. It is designed for low- to medium-viscosity liquids, including pet sanitizers, plant-based laundry liquids and stain-cleaning fluids. Common formats such as 250ml and 2kg can be adjusted, and smaller trial sizes are also available.

Film structures are selected from options such as PET/PE, NY/PE and PET/AL/PE to balance barrier, puncture and chemical resistance against the product formula and target shelf life. Graphics are produced via 1–8 color gravure printing; custom artwork from a physical sample or digital drawing is accepted, with stable reproduction of detail and color references. Standard capacity spans 100ml to 5L. Pouch shape, spout diameter, handle style and roll direction are agreed during customization, and matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied.
