Four-Side-Seal Spout Foil Pouch for Hydrogen-Rich Water & Drinking Water | 1–1000 ml Custom Thickened Nylon Four-Layer Laminate

For hydrogen-rich water and drinking-water applications, this four-side-seal spouted pouch combines a perimeter-sealed body, a top spout and an aluminium-foil barrier. Its thickened nylon four-layer aluminium-plastic laminate is chosen for liquids that need strong light blocking and resistance to seepage. Because the four edges are fully sealed and only the spout area remains open at the top, the formed pouch keeps a firm outline and resists splitting along the seals under pressure. Kody Packaging custom-manufactures it in 1–1000 ml capacities.

The material build pairs aluminium foil with pure aluminium. The dense aluminium layers block light, oxygen and water vapour at the same time. Nylon contributes toughness, helping the pouch withstand punctures during drops or compression. The lamination layer bonds the plies into one sheet and provides heat-seal strength. With four layers stacked together, the pouch wall feels thicker and more substantial, which suits formulas requiring a longer shelf life or protection from light.

Customization includes 1–8 colour printing, capacities from 1–1000 ml, and a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pcs. Bag dimensions, spout diameter, seal width and artwork layout can all be adjusted to supplied drawings.

Manufacturing takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand. Sampling against a customer's sample is supported before bulk production.
