For beverage filling and export retail, this pouch combines stand-up stability with carry-friendly handling. A widened bottom gusset keeps the filled pack upright on shelf, while the top handle gives shoppers an easy grip. Four-side sealing creates a flat, secure edge that helps resist leakage, and the pack can be equipped with a spout, screw cap or one-way valve. Spout placement and diameter are project-adjustable. Available formats include stand-up, flat-bottom and spouted pouches, serving fills such as 800ml coconut water and 1L purified water, with custom irregular shapes also possible.

Food-grade laminated films such as PET, PE and NY form the core structure, and the layer build can be modified around the contents and sterilization method to balance barrier performance, flex-crack resistance and seal strength. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, delivering stable colour consistency and clear image detail for large solid areas and gradients. Standard fills range from 100ml to 5L, with film thickness and bag dimensions engineered to the actual fill volume. Matching roll film in the same material is available for customers running automatic filling lines.

Typical uses cover coconut water, purified water, juice, fruit puree, sauces and liquid seasonings, along with selected non-food liquids. The custom route is simple: send a sample pouch or artwork, then we confirm the structure, material and print layout before producing a sample for approval; once approved, mass production begins.
