Built for semi-fluid foods such as yogurt and jelly, this stand-up pouch features a reduced-bore spout. That narrower opening gives a more controlled draw for thicker products and helps limit spills, while the self-standing base keeps the pack upright and neatly aligned on chiller shelves. Fill volumes can be specified from 1–1000 ml to match the product.
The pouch body is made from laminated material. Because the inner layer sits against the food, its selection should account for the acidity and sugar level of the fill; the middle and outer layers handle barrier performance and the printing surface. For chilled use, the laminate must remain flexible so seals do not crack when the film turns brittle at low temperature—a frequent failure mode in cold-chain beverage packaging.
Printing is available in 1–8 colours, and colour palettes plus artwork can be aligned with either a children’s product position or a health-focused one. Pouch dimensions, spout diameter and seal width are matched to the filling line. Minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs.
Documented applications cover liquid packaging, yogurt, beverages and jelly. Milk, juice, soy milk and jam are also within the range of this pouch format.
