Factory-Custom 1–20 L Food-Grade Liquid Pouch with Eco-Friendly Handle & Stand-Up Spout for Liquid Foods and Water

This is a factory-custom liquid pouch range built for 1–20 L fills, using a stand-up body, a spout and a carry handle. Once filled, the pouch stands upright; the spout works for both filling and pouring, which removes a separate decanting step. It fits liquid foods packed as larger single units and is convenient for direct pouring in homes or catering kitchens.

Material selection depends on the fill product and can be laminated, metallized or pure aluminium. Laminated structures balance flexibility and cost for standard liquids; a metallized layer improves barrier against light and gas; pure aluminium offers the strongest block for contents sensitive to oxidation and light. The final build is set by the fill and distribution cycle.

Printing runs from 1 to 8 colours. Accessories include a spout, screw cap and handle, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs. Pouch width and height, bottom gusset, opening diameter and handle placement are customisable. Artwork follows the customer’s file, and bulk production starts after sample approval.

Typical applications include drinking water pouches, juice pouches, milk pouches, soup stock pouches, fresh beer pouches and hydrogen-rich water pouches. The format is also used for seasoning liquids, syrups and other food liquids, especially where a larger single pack must pour directly.

Production takes place at Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, with printing, lamination, slitting and pouch making connected in-house. Samples can be made from a customer’s existing pouch so volume and seal performance are checked before volume runs.

Because the 1–20 L range is wide, material consumption per unit varies by size, so pricing is confirmed against the approved sample. Sharing the fill product, target volume and expected order quantity helps us match the right structure and production plan.
