This food-grade spout stand-up pouch is designed for premium drinking water, including hydrogen-rich water, with 380 ml as a common formed size. Made from a pure aluminium and aluminium foil laminate, it delivers strong light and gas barrier performance to help preserve the contents as far as possible. The stand-up base and spout support upright retail display, while the screw cap makes the pouch portable and suitable for drinking in stages.

Structurally, the aluminium foil and pure aluminium layers are placed in the middle of the pouch. The inner heat-seal layer is the part in direct contact with the drinking water, while the outer layer carries and protects the printed graphics. Dense and opaque, the pure aluminium layer offers low oxygen and moisture vapour transmission—the key reason foil structures are chosen for this type of water packaging. The lamination process helps keep the barrier layer intact when the pouch is folded or compressed.

Capacities span 1–1000 ml, and 380 ml sits in the typical single-serve range. Printing can be produced in 1–8 colours, with a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout and cap style, aluminium layer structure and artwork are all customisable. For premium positioning, extra attention is usually given to print quality and to the proportions of the pouch.

Typical applications include drinking water, draught beer, milk, juice and other liquid products. Concept waters such as hydrogen-rich water and active-element water tend to favour small, portable formats, whereas draught beer and juice in food service may use medium-sized pouches.
