Wide-mouth stand-up spout pouches use an enlarged outlet and a self-standing base, with capacities covering 1–1000 ml. They belong to Kody Packaging's liquid pouch bag range. With the wider opening, creams, powders, granules and liquids can be poured out more smoothly without repeatedly squeezing the pouch, so one bag format can handle contents with very different viscosities.
For applications, this pouch serves both liquid and powder/granule packaging. On the liquid side, it can hold daily-use products such as laundry liquid and cleaners, and it also suits granular items like cat litter. On the powder side, it is used for filling powder materials. The stated scope covers liquid packaging and powder and granule packaging, so one format spans two material states and can reduce stocking pressure for customers with a broad product line.
The bag body is made of laminated material: the outer layer handles printing and appearance, the middle layer adds strength and barrier, and the inner layer contacts the contents and provides the heat-seal surface. A folded bottom gusset allows the filled pouch to stand upright. The spout is heat-sealed to the body, and the outlet width can be adjusted to match the contents, helping powder and granules avoid buildup at the opening.
For specifications and customization, volumes run from 1–1000 ml, printing supports 1–8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Customers may supply artwork, or adjust the colour count according to the pouch structure. Dimensions, spout position and gusset width can all be sampled to customer requirements.
Production is completed by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, where lamination, slitting, bag making and spout sealing are linked step by step in-house.
