Custom Thickened Aluminium Foil Stand-up Spout Pouch | Pure Aluminium, Oxidation & Low-Temperature Resistant, 1–1000 ml for Hydrogen Water

Developed for drinking water and other liquids that require a stronger barrier, this stand-up spout pouch uses a thickened body based on aluminium foil and pure aluminium. The format is positioned around oxidation resistance and low-temperature performance, making it suitable for beverages that may remain in storage for longer periods. Its self-standing base and integrated spout help with shipping, distribution and end use once the pouch is sealed.

In the laminate, the aluminium foil layer mainly provides light blocking and barrier protection, helping reduce the impact of external gases and light on the contents. The pure aluminium layer raises the overall barrier performance further. The spout is heat sealed to the pouch body, while the bottom gusset is folded and sealed to create the stand-up structure.

Capacity covers 1-1000 ml. Printing supports 1-8 colours, so customer artwork can be produced in full colour. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch style, spout and foil layer structure can all be customised, with the added thickness determined by the chosen volume and storage conditions.
