For liquid personal-care and household products, these stand-up pouches with a top spout can hold contents of varying viscosity, from perm solution and alcohol gel to laundry detergent. Capacities are customisable from 1 to 1000 ml, and Kody Packaging manufactures to order with a minimum of 10,000 pcs. This lets buyers use one pouch format across a range and reduces tooling and material-stocking effort.
The pouch body is made from laminated material. Multiple layers share barrier, strength and heat-seal functions, and the material combination can be adapted to the contents. A stand-up base keeps a filled pouch upright. The spout is heat-sealed to the body and can be supplied with a screw cap for flow control when pouring. For gel-type contents, the nozzle opening can be enlarged to make squeezing easier.
Printing is available in 1–8 colours. Bag dimensions, spout specification, outline and artwork can all follow the customer's drawing. When different sizes share one design language, the product family can still look consistent.
These pouches suit liquid packaging: perm solution, alcohol gel and laundry detergent, as well as cleaners, disinfectant water, shampoo, body wash and sheet-mask essence.
Production takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand. Sampling from the customer's sample can be arranged first.
