Built for brands that want the logo printed on the pouch itself, this stand-up spout pouch is a practical format for hand sanitiser and other household cleaning liquids. Its self-supporting base keeps the pack upright on shelf or counter, while the spout gives controlled pouring and helps reduce spills. The same structure is also used for laundry detergent and washing powder.

The pouch body is made from laminated material. Layer count and film combination are selected according to what goes inside, because powders and liquids require different barrier and strength profiles. Both the spout-to-body and base-to-body joins are formed by heat sealing; each seam must deliver reliable sealing and remain visually flat.
