Custom Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Jelly, Milk, Juice & Salad Dressing | 1–1000 ml Liquid Packaging

This stand-up spout pouch is built for liquid food packaging and is available in 1–1000 ml capacities with a laminated body. Jelly, milk, juice drinks and salad dressing represent the types of fillings it is intended for, covering both suckable gels and thicker sauces that are dispensed through the spout.

The pouch body is formed from multiple laminated layers, with each layer contributing to printing, strength or heat-sealing performance. After filling, the stand-up base opens out and keeps the pack upright. The spout-to-body weld is the critical seal point: its width and temperature must suit the material gauge, or the pack may leak when squeezed.

Specification-wise, volumes run from 1–1000 ml, printing supports 1–8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout diameter, stand-up base width and colour layout can all be customised to order; once artwork is supplied, sampling can begin.

The application is liquid food packaging. Milk and salad dressing respond differently to temperature and sealing demands, so the laminate can be adjusted around the filling temperature and storage conditions of the contents. Jelly and juice products place more emphasis on smooth spout flow, avoiding blockages caused by small particles.
