Custom Stand-Up Spout Laminated Pouch for Antibacterial/Antiviral Diluents & Laundry Detergent, 1–1000 ml

This stand-up spout liquid pouch is built for filling antibacterial/antiviral dilutions, laundry detergent and similar liquids. Its base is structured to stand upright, while the top spout includes a screw cap and supports both pouring and squeeze dispensing. The pouch body also helps filling lines grip and register each unit during production.

The body uses a laminated multilayer film. Bonding several films together delivers barrier performance and flexibility: the inner layer is the liquid-contact layer, and the outer layer carries printing while helping resist scuffing. The spout is heat-welded to the pouch, and the cap creates a seal that is designed to limit leakage across repeated opening and closing.

Fill volumes range from 1–1000 ml, covering small trial sachets through to large refill pouches. Printing is available in 1–8 colours. Pouch dimensions, spout specifications and panel artwork can all be customized, and a single product family can be produced in multiple fill sizes for different usage occasions.

Since antibacterial/antiviral dilutions and laundry detergents vary widely in formulation and viscosity, the film combination and spout selection are adjusted according to the contents. This helps the pouch maintain its seal and appearance after long storage, reducing the risk of becoming brittle or delaminating due to chemical attack.

Before bulk production, a compatibility check with the customer's own liquid sample is recommended, after which the material and structure can be finalized. As a custom product, pricing depends on material, colour and dimensions, so the approved sample governs the quotation. Customers are welcome to share their requirements for further costing.
