Custom Spouted Stand-Up Liquid Pouch for Fruit-Piece Drinks & Grape Juice | 1–1000 ml

For drinks that carry fruit bits or pulp — fruit-tea blends, grape juice and similar beverages — this spouted stand-up pouch is a drinkable liquid package. Its bottom gusset lets an empty bag stand for display and keeps a filled bag upright on the shelf without a separate holder. A spout welded at the top has a screw cap: open it and sip straight from the pack, with no straw required. The laminated body accepts colour printing, bringing shelf presence and portability together.

In construction, multiple laminated films form the pouch body. The outer film carries graphics and contributes mechanical strength; a middle barrier layer limits oxygen and moisture transmission; the inner layer provides heat-sealability and contacts the liquid. A folded, inserted bottom gusset creates the stand-up base, spreading the weight of juice or purée so the pack resists tipping. The spout-to-body weld is reinforced by heat sealing, and the screw cap can be reopened and closed for drinking in stages.

Standard volumes cover 1–1000 ml, printing is available in 1–8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Volume, pouch dimensions, spout and cap type, and artwork can all follow the customer's brief. Fruit-piece tea drinks, or grape juice that needs protection from light, can be matched with a suitable material combination. Samples can be supplied before bulk production to confirm fill height, seal position and colour registration.

Beyond juice drinks, the same pouch format is also used for filling fresh milk, soy milk, coffee, milk tea, soup, jelly, jam and carbonated drinks. It handles ambient purées and sauces as well as chilled fresh drinks distributed through the cold chain.

Production takes place at Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, where lamination, slitting, bag making and spout welding run as one continuous in-house process. Before dispatch, routine checks cover heat-seal strength, spout sealing and printed appearance. Samples can be made from customer artwork for filling trials and market validation. Because capacity, material combination and print colour count vary widely, final pricing is based on the specification confirmed after sample approval.
