Custom Spout Pouch for Liquid Seasoning & Drinks | 1–1000 ml Milk Tea, Shaken Drink & Jelly Pouches

Where liquid seasonings and drinks are portioned in-store, the pouch has to fill easily and let customers drink while walking. A sealed laminate pouch with a top spout fits that job: liquids are drawn through the spout, while semi-solid jelly can be squeezed from a wider mouth. The pouch body is tightly sealed, which supports takeaway and short-distance delivery. Kody Packaging customizes these pouches in capacities from 1–1000 ml, with a minimum order of 10,000 pcs.

The laminate is layered according to use: the inner layer contacts food and provides the heat-seal, the middle layer delivers barrier, and the outer layer carries printing. The base can be built as a stand-up structure, so a filled pouch stays stable on the counter and is easy to pick up during service. The heat-seal between the spout and pouch body is reinforced to reduce seepage at the joint when the pouch is squeezed; the screw cap can be closed again, allowing the customer to keep drinking after leaving.

Printing is available in 1–8 colours, capacities range from 1–1000 ml, and MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch style, spout diameter, bag dimensions and artwork can be adjusted to the customer's drawing, with brand marks and flavour information printed on the pouch.

Applications include liquid drinking-water packaging and liquid contents. They are commonly used for milk tea, shaken drinks, juice and jelly, and also suit soup, seasoning and other liquid food-service products.

Production takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand. Sampling from a customer's sample is supported.
