Custom Spout Pouch 1–1000 ml | Die-Cut Stand-Up Bags for Laundry Detergent, Sheet Masks, Hair Dye & Perm Solution

This custom die-cut stand-up spout pouch combines a shaped pouch body with a spout and is suitable for laundry detergent, sheet-mask essence, hair dye and perm solution. Die-cutting cuts the outline to the artwork instead of keeping a rectangular shape, while the stand-up design allows a filled pouch to remain upright. The pouch body uses a laminated material that includes aluminium foil, balancing barrier performance and strength. Kody Packaging customizes each order, with capacities from 1–1000 ml and a minimum order of 10,000 pcs.

The die-cut process forms the pouch outline in one pass, and an irregular profile can make the product easier to recognize on a shelf. Within the laminate, the aluminium foil layer blocks light and oxygen, while the remaining functional layers deliver strength and heat-seal performance. The spout is positioned at the top, and its screw-cap opening controls flow during dispensing. Sheet-mask essence dispenses smoothly, and thicker creams can be squeezed out through a larger spout opening.

Printing is available in 1–8 colours, capacities range from 1–1000 ml, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The pouch outline, die-cut dimensions, spout diameter and artwork can all be adjusted according to the customer's drawing.

Applications fall under liquid packaging: laundry detergent, sheet masks, hair dye and perm solution, as well as cleaners, disinfectant water, shampoo, facial cleanser and body lotion.

Production takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand. Samples can be made first to confirm appearance before bulk production.
