With a 1–1000 ml capacity range, this small-mouth spout pouch can serve as a trial-size pack or a family-size liquid food pouch. The narrow spout opening slows and controls dispensing, which helps reduce choking risk for children drinking yoghurt, fruit puree or juice, and makes the format workable for fillings of different textures.
The pouch body is built from laminated material, where multiple film layers are combined to balance a soft feel with barrier performance. A small-bore spout sits at the top of the pouch. Choose a stand-up structure that remains upright after filling, or a flexible spout pouch that can be squeezed for serving; the better body format depends on how the food is eaten.
Printing supports 1–8 colours, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout bore, screw-cap option and artwork can all be customised. Capacity is determined within the 1–1000 ml range by the actual fill volume.
Liquid food applications include fresh milk, juice and beverages, soy milk, soup, coffee, milk tea, jelly and jam. Because juice and jelly vary widely in viscosity, spout bore can be selected to match the flow characteristics of the contents. Kody Packaging produces in Dongguan, Guangdong, with printing, lamination and pouch making carried out on site. Spout welds and seals are checked before dispatch, and samples can be made first to confirm flow rate and feel in use.
