Custom Side-Spout Stand-Up Liquid Pouch | 1–1000 ml Aluminium Foil Laminate for Tomato Sauce & Juice

Built around a small side-mounted spout, this flexible liquid pouch uses aluminium foil together with laminated material and accommodates fill volumes from 1 to 1000 ml. The narrow spout outlet gives better control over flow, helping tomato sauce, juice and sauces dispense without rushing out all at once, while the sealed format supports safe storage and transport after filling.

In the laminate, foil provides the barrier layer; the other layers handle printability, mechanical strength and heat sealing. A stand-up base allows the filled pouch to remain upright, and the flatness of the side spout weld is critical to seal integrity—so this area receives repeated checks during pouch making.

Available volumes: 1–1000 ml. Printing: 1–8 colours. MOQ: 10,000 pcs. The small spout diameter, side placement, pouch dimensions and stand-up base style are all customisable, and the number of print colours can follow the customer’s artwork.
