This single-use flexible pack is built for liquid foods, with squeeze jelly and children's complementary meals as primary use cases. It is a stand-up pouch with a welded spout, and the body can be die-cut into custom shaped outlines. Available volumes span 1–1000 ml, and the pouch is made from laminated material. Kids can drink directly from the spout without cutlery, then dispose of the pack.

The laminate is engineered layer by layer: print-bearing layers handle graphics, strength layers support the pouch structure, and a heat-seal layer closes the pack. The spout is attached to the upper section, while a die defines any shaped profile. For a single-use format, the design must balance a reliable seal with easy opening, and the tear point needs to be easy to locate.

Options cover 1–1000 ml capacities, 1–8 colour printing, and an MOQ of 10,000 pcs. Shaped outlines, spout diameters, pouch dimensions, and colour schemes can all be customised. Customers may send a reference pouch or artwork; a trial sample confirms the structure before production is scheduled.
