Shaped stand-up spout pouches for liquid foods such as juice, drinks and yogurt are produced to order. The bag profile does not have to follow a standard rectangular stand-up format; the outline can be developed around the product positioning, while the spout allows direct sipping or pouring for on-the-go and ready-to-drink use.

The pouch body uses laminated material, with each layer serving print appearance, mechanical strength or heat-sealing performance. For shaped pouches, bag making calls for tighter die-cutting precision: the curved edge should be clean, the spout weld must avoid stress concentration points, and the stand-up base keeps the filled pouch stable and shelf-ready.

Capacities range from 1–1000 ml, printing supports 1–8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The outline, spout diameter, stand-up base style and artwork colour scheme are open to customization, with multiple sizes available. Customers can approve a sample pouch before finalizing the structure.
