Custom-Printed Stand-Up Spouted Liquid Pouches for Mineral Water, Juice & Beverages (100ml–5L)

These liquid pouches use a stand-up bag format. The bottom gusset expands to create a stable base, while the spout is heat-sealed onto the pouch body; edge seals are widened to lower leakage risk in transit. Spout diameter can be aligned with your filling line, and screw caps or valve options are available for drinking straight from the pouch or dispensing in portions. Pouch style, spout placement and profile can be tailored to your brand's packaging requirements, making this format suitable for liquids that need hand-held, easy-open convenience.

The pouch body is made from food-grade laminated film. Barrier layers can be chosen based on the contents to balance stiffness and flexibility. We use 1-8 colour gravure printing, which supports clear brand graphics and product information with stable detail and colourfastness. Available capacities are approximately 100ml to 5L, and spout specifications, pouch size and roll film format can be combined as needed. Matching roll film of the same material is also available for automatic filling operations.

Typical applications include mineral water, juice, beverages, liquid seasonings and detergents, as well as small portable packs or large refill formats. For customisation, we accept samples and artwork; once your sample or design file is confirmed, we proceed to proofing and print approval. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and includes a Class 10000 clean workshop. Printing and pouch-making are handled in-house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with production and delivery scheduled according to approved artwork and planning.
