Custom Press-Spout Stand-Up Pouch for Lotion & Makeup Remover | 1–1000 ml

For make-up remover, body lotion and similar liquids, this stand-up pouch uses a press-spout dispensing design. Instead of pouring, the user simply presses to release product, and the operation can be done with one hand. Its stand-up base keeps the pouch stable on a bathroom counter, washbasin or dressing table while taking up limited depth.

The pouch body is made of laminated material, with layer count and thickness selected according to the contents and fill volume. The press spout is heat sealed onto the body, and the bottom is formed by folded-edge sealing. Because viscosity affects flow, thin liquids and thick lotions require different spout bore sizes to avoid dispensing too quickly or too slowly.

Available capacity ranges from 1-1000 ml, covering trial sizes through family sizes. Printing supports 1-8 colours, and custom logo can be produced to customer requirements, with the final layout based on supplied artwork. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
