Custom Logo Stand-Up Spout Pouch | Aluminum Foil Laminate for Conditioner, Body Wash & Perm Cream (1–1000 ml)

This stand-up spout pouch is built for brands that need their own logo printed on the pack, and it is commonly filled with conditioner, body wash and perm cream. A screw cap sits on the top spout, while the full panel is available for brand artwork; the pouch can stand on a shelf or hang upside down from a display hook for dispensing.

The pouch body is an aluminum foil laminate. The foil layer provides the barrier, and the laminated layer adds mechanical strength plus a printable surface. Once bonded, the structure stays stiff enough for heavier creams, and the edge seals and spout base are heat-sealed to form a continuous seal.

Printing covers 1–8 colours and can reproduce logos, graphics and instruction text. Capacities are produced in tiers across the 1–1000 ml range, with a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout bore and cap style are customizable; layout is confirmed after artwork is received.

Typical uses include laundry detergent, cleaners, shampoo, hair dye and perm liquid, as well as body lotion, sheet masks, facial cleanser and other liquid packaging. The format suits brand-owned product lines, contract-manufacturing orders and promotional giveaway packs.
