Engineered for large-volume liquid food filling, this handle-style liquid pouch can be made in stand-up or pillow formats with clean, durable three-side or four-side seals for dependable load support. The pouch opening can accept a spout, butterfly valve or screw-cap outlet, while a top handle or die-cut hand hole makes lifting and pouring easier. It supports big formats such as 5 kg hydrogen water and 10 L juice beverages, combining sealing and barrier performance for shipping and retail shelf presentation.

The pouch body is commonly constructed from food-grade multilayer laminates including PET, NY, AL and PE. The barrier layer mix can be tailored to the contents and target shelf life while maintaining puncture and drop resistance. Surfaces are suitable for 1–8 colour gravure printing, producing crisp artwork and consistent colour; matt and glossy finishes are available. Regular capacities span 1 L to 10 L. Bag dimensions, spout diameter and handle placement are customisable to your drawing, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for in-house filling and sealing.

Applications cover hydrogen water, mineral water, juice drinks, concentrates, edible oil, soy sauce and seasoning liquids, plus household chemical liquids.
