Custom Irregular-Shaped Stand-Up Spout Pouches for Yogurt, Juice & Liquid Drinks (1–1000 ml)

This spout pouch is engineered for liquid foods such as fresh yogurt and juice drinks where shelf presence matters. Both the pouch outline and the printed layout can be tailored to a customer's product range. Built on a stand-up format, it uses an irregular die-cut profile, a bottom gusset that unfolds into a stable base, and a top spout for single-serve, on-the-go drinking. Fill volumes span 1–1000 ml, allowing different SKUs to use their own pouch size.

The pouch body is made from laminated material, with multiple film layers combined through dry lamination. Each layer has a defined job: the print layer carries enough surface tension for ink adhesion; the barrier layer is selected to address the oxidation risk of dairy and juice; and the sealant layer controls seam strength and seal integrity. Together, these layers help prevent leakage in both chilled and ambient distribution.

Printing is central to this product. The pouch can be produced in 1–8 colours, including spot colours and four-colour process builds, and plates can be prepared for sampling once vector artwork is received. Pouch dimensions, spout models, hang holes, handle holes and other add-ons can be included or omitted to suit the brief. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and any custom die-cut shape is finalised at the sampling stage.

Applications fall under liquid food packaging. Common contents are yogurt, milk, beverages and juice, while soy milk, soup, coffee, milk tea, jelly and jam can also be packed.

Manufacturing takes place at Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. Buyers can send a sample so the sealing parameters required for yogurt-type contents are verified before volume production begins.
