This custom penguin-shaped spout pouch uses four-side sealing for hydrogen-rich water portioning and retail sale. Its structure starts with a pure aluminium ply, then combines metallized and transparent films; light blocking, oxygen blocking and visibility are handled by separate layers.
The pure aluminium layer closest to the contents carries the barrier role. The metallized film reinforces body and structural support, while the transparent film maintains a clear look. At the mouth, an 8.6 spout and screw cap are fitted; the cap’s internal seal engages the spout’s external thread, helping prevent leakage when filled pouches are stacked upside down.
Capacity can be selected from 1–10 L, printing runs up to 1–8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Penguin-belly width, base folding and spout mounting position can all be fine-tuned to customer drawings; base-fold details can be confirmed with a physical sample.
Applications match liquid packaging generally: drinking water pouches, hydrogen-rich water pouches, draught beer pouches, soup pouches, milk pouches and juice pouches. If contents are carbonated or need chilled storage, state this during material selection.
