Custom High-Barrier Liquid Spout Pouches | 1–1000 ml for Juice, Jam, Drinking Water & Hydrogen-Rich Water

These spout-equipped stand-up pouches are built for flowable contents: juice, jam and drinking water are filled into the flexible body and dispensed through a screw-cap spout at the top. Aluminium foil is combined with laminated material to create multiple barriers against light, oxygen and moisture, helping small-format foods retain their intended flavour throughout shelf life. Kody Packaging customises them to order in volumes from 1 to 1000 ml.

The base is a stand-up design, so a filled pouch can stand on a shelf without a supporting tray. Within the structure, the foil layer handles barrier performance by limiting oxygen and moisture ingress, while the laminated layer contributes strength and heat-sealability, helping the pouch withstand handling and stacking. The spout is heat-sealed to the body, and its screw cap can be reopened and closed, allowing any remaining contents to be stored after a portion is not finished in one go.

Volumes run from 1 to 1000 ml, printing is available in 1 to 8 colours, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Artwork, dimensions, spout diameter and pouch style can all be tailored. When fruit flavour or water-source messaging needs emphasis, the main visual can occupy the front panel, while ingredients and barcode details sit on the back.
