Made to order by Kody Packaging, these stand-up foil spout pouches are built for hair-care and liquid personal-care products. The pouch can stand upright and carry a top spout, making it suitable for contents with different viscosities, such as perm solution and colour cream. Aluminium foil, pure aluminium and laminated material are combined in the structure, and the material blocks light on its own; after the customer’s artwork is printed, the pack takes on a finished retail look. Capacities range from 1–1000 ml, with a 10,000-piece minimum order.
The stand-up base keeps a filled pouch upright, while the spout at the top handles both pouring and dispensing. The pure aluminium layer blocks light and oxygen to help keep the formula stable. The laminated layer bonds the plies and controls seal strength and tightness. A screw cap on the spout can be closed between uses, which limits air contact with the contents. Pouch dimensions, spout diameter, pouch style and artwork can all be adjusted from a drawing.
Printing is available in 1–8 colours, volumes cover 1–1000 ml, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. An unprinted version can also be supplied, and the spout type is selected to match whether the product is poured or squeezed. If a formula needs extra light protection, the ply combination can be reviewed during sampling. Final custom details are confirmed against the artwork and sample.
These liquid packaging pouches fit colour cream and perm solution, as well as shampoo, hair-care products, disinfectant liquids and other liquid products in the personal-care and daily-chemical categories.
Production takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand. Sampling is supported before bulk production is scheduled.
