This custom foil spout pouch is made in Dongguan for brands that need light-protected liquid packaging, especially glacier water and similar source-focused products. The 300 ml format is easy to carry, and the built-in spout lets users twist it open and drink directly—no cup required.
The pouch structure combines clear film, metallized film and a pure aluminium layer. Those metal layers act as a light barrier, helping limit sunlight exposure to the water and to the printed label inks. Four-side sealing creates a squared, flat profile that still sits comfortably in the hand when filled, giving a more secure grip.
Capacity options range from 1–10 L. Printing is available in 1–8 colours, the MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and the pouch comes with a spout and screw cap. Bag length and width, spout specification, and the proportion of the surface used for light blocking can all be customized.
Typical applications include drinking water pouches, hydrogen-rich water pouches, draught beer pouches, soup pouches, milk pouches and juice pouches.
