Custom Foil Eight-Side-Seal Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Hydrogen-Rich Water and Liquid Beverages

For liquid products that need protection from light and oxygen, Kody Packaging offers a custom stand-up spout pouch that pairs an eight-side-seal format with a foil laminate. The filled bag stands upright and provides a broad front panel for branding, making it a practical pack for drinking water, hydrogen-rich water and other liquid foods and beverages where flavour and gas retention matter.

Typical uses include drinking water, hydrogen-rich water, draft beer, soup, milk and juice. These pouches fit retail and food-service settings such as convenience stores, restaurants and vending equipment.

Eight-side-seal construction means the pouch body has eight seal lines along its edges and folded corners. With those corners folded inward, the pouch forms a near square-column shape; front and side panels can both carry print, and filled pouches resist crushing when stacked. A spout is heat-sealed to the top, and its screw cap can be opened and closed repeatedly, so contents can be served without a separate utensil.

Printing follows the customer's artwork. Bag dimensions, colour count and spout specification are confirmed during sampling, and the pouch style can be adapted to suit the contents.

The foil layer blocks light and oxygen, while the laminated layer adds tensile strength and enables heat sealing. Manufacturing takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, where lamination, slitting and bag-making run as connected processes. Samples can be produced first from a customer's physical sample or artwork.
