Custom Disinfectant Stand-Up Spout Pouch | 1–1000 ml Laminated Liquid Packaging

This stand-up spout pouch is built for decanting and retail packaging of disinfectants, cleaners and similar liquids. It stands upright on its own, while the spout allows controlled pouring without hands touching the contents. As a disposable flexible pack, it saves space in transport and storage, and is discarded after use rather than returned.

The pouch body uses a laminated material structure, with layers bonded through a lamination process to provide everyday strength and barrier performance. A heat-sealed spout is integrated into the body with a flat joint, and the folded base is heat-sealed during forming, so the filled pouch stands securely and keeps a full shape without collapsing.

Capacity ranges from 1–1000 ml, and the final size can be selected around dilution ratio and the period over which one pack is used. Printing is available in 1–8 colours, making it suitable for usage instructions and warning information on the pouch. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
