Custom Die-Cut Spout Pouch with Handle for Laundry Detergent | 1–1000 ml Liquid Packaging

This custom die-cut spout pouch with handle is built for liquid detergents and other household liquids, produced to order by Kody Packaging in Dongguan. It combines a top spout, a die-cut body and a handle opening or fitted handle in one pack. The upper section carries the handle, the middle uses an irregular profile, and the top holds the spout, allowing one-hand carrying and pouring. Aluminium foil plus laminated material blocks light and helps prevent leakage, with fill sizes from 1 to 1000 ml.

The die-cut outline moves beyond a standard square shape. With a handle, even a larger liquid pouch can be carried by hand. The foil layer shields against light and oxygen; the laminated layer supports tensile strength and puncture resistance; heat-sealed edges are pressed for closure. The spout cap controls flow during pouring and, when closed, lets the pouch stay flat or upright.

Printing is available in 1–8 colours. Capacities cover 1–1000 ml, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Brand logos, product names and specification details can be placed into the artwork. Pouch shape, handle style and spout diameter are confirmed from the customer's drawing.

These pouches serve liquid packaging, commonly for laundry detergent, cleaners, disinfectant water, shampoo and body wash. They also suit facial masks, facial cleanser, and perm or dye liquids.

Production takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand. Sampling can be approved before bulk manufacturing. The handle can be a punched hole or a fitted grip, with the final option set during sampling.
