Custom Color-Printed Spout Pouch for Jelly, Juice & Milk | 1–1000 ml Laminated Beverage Bag

This color-printed spouted pouch is built for liquid foods such as jelly, juice and milk. Its thickened laminated body uses a stand-up shape with a spout at the top, allowing filled packs to stay upright in chillers and on retail shelves. The printed surface can carry flavour, volume and branding together — useful when a small beverage pack needs to stand out visually.

The pouch wall is formed from multiple laminated films: an outer layer for graphics, a middle barrier layer and an inner heat-seal layer. With a heavier gauge, the bag remains upright when filled with jelly or milk, and the risk of creasing or leaking under stacked loads is reduced. The weld where the spout joins the shoulder is strengthened so the cap can be reopened and closed repeatedly without coming loose.

Pouch capacity covers 1–1000 ml. Printing can be produced in 1–8 colours, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Buyers may choose the bag dimensions, spout and cap type, thickening level and printed layout. For light-sensitive products such as fresh milk, the material structure can be arranged differently.

Typical applications include liquid food pouches, fresh milk pouches and juice or beverage pouches, and the format also works for jelly, soy milk, milk tea, coffee, soup, jam and carbonated drinks. Chilled fresh drinks commonly use small single-serve sizes, while ambient jelly and jam products more often take medium to large formats.
