These stand-up spout pouches use an aluminum-foil plastic laminate and are made to order for soy milk, dairy drinks, drinking water and other liquid foods. The aluminum layer blocks light and strengthens the barrier, which suits plant-protein beverages whose flavour can be affected by light and oxygen. With a stand-up base and a screw-cap spout, the pouch is filled and sealed in one step and opened for drinking, making it practical for breakfast takeaway and in-store beverage service.

The body is formed from aluminum foil, pure aluminum and laminated material. The aluminum layer provides the barrier, the inner heat-seal layer secures the bag edges and the spout base, and the outer layer carries and protects the printed graphics. Multi-layer lamination gives the pouch both stiffness and flexibility, so it resists collapse after filling with soy milk or dairy drinks and keeps a better appearance during stacking and transport.

Volumes range from 1-1000 ml, printing supports 1-8 colours, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout and cap style, material pairing and artwork content can all follow the customer's files; dairy customers usually need space reserved for batch and date marking.
