This custom stand-up spout pouch is built for liquids and gels that need a flexible fill volume, including perm solution, alcohol gel and laundry detergent. Its expanded bottom creates a stable base, so a filled pouch can stand on shelf or stack during transport with less space than rigid bottles. Pouch shape, spout and base width can each be tooled to the required format.

The pouch wall combines aluminium foil with laminated material. The foil layer handles light and gas barrier, while the laminate adds strength and flexibility; by bonding multiple layers, thickness and stiffness can be matched to the filled weight. A spout is welded at the top and fitted with a screw cap that can be reopened and closed, helping gels dispense evenly with minimal residue.

Available capacity runs from 1 to 1000 ml. Each size can have dedicated tooling for pouch style, spout bore and bottom gusset width. Printing supports 1–8 colours for brand information and compliance marks. MOQ stands at 10,000 pcs. For non-standard dimensions, confirm the structure with the sales team before tooling begins.
