These custom aluminium foil cosmetic spout pouches are built for small-dose liquid personal care packaging. Flowable contents such as lotion, facial cleanser and body lotion can be dispensed through a spout, while lip gloss and similar items can use a spout design with an integrated brush applicator for direct application. The pouch body combines aluminium foil with laminated material for strong light blocking, making it a fit for formulas with a higher active-ingredient load. Available volumes span 1–1000 ml, from a few-millilitre trial size to standard capacities.

The foil layer handles light and oxygen blocking and is central to protecting formula stability; the inner layer of the laminate affects how the pouch performs after prolonged contact with a cream, so material selection should match the emulsion system and alcohol content. A soft pouch body makes squeeze pressure easy to modulate, and a small-bore spout helps keep each dispense very small, which suits serums and lotions used drop by drop.

Printing can run 1–8 colours. Because a small pouch offers limited artwork space, information often needs to be split between the front and back panels, with ingredients and directions best placed on the reverse. Pouch dimensions, spout style and brush applicator fittings are chosen according to the customer’s product positioning; MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
