Custom Aluminium Foil Laminated Spout Pouches for Perm Cream, Perm Solution, Hydrogen Peroxide, Shampoo & Body Wash (1–1000 ml)

Built as a custom aluminium foil spout pouch, this format handles hair-care formulas including perm cream, perm solution and hydrogen peroxide, as well as shampoo and body wash. By using one pouch design across hair-care and wash-care ranges, brands can avoid extra tooling sets and keep purchasing and replenishment more consistent.

The pouch structure pairs aluminium foil with laminated material. Foil provides the light and oxygen barrier; the laminated plies contribute strength and flexibility. The body edges are heat pressed and the spout is welded firmly at the mouth, which helps stop cream or liquid from seeping through the joint during pouring. Heat pressing is performed at controlled temperature so the seal does not weaken the film.

Available capacity is 1–1000 ml, printing supports 1–8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch height, spout bore and artwork are customisable, while the spout channel can be sized to suit the viscosity of the contents.

Applications include laundry detergent, cleaner, shampoo, hair dye and perm liquids, plus liquid packaging more broadly. Because hydrogen peroxide formulas are sensitive to light and sealing, a trial fill and observation period are advisable before the structure is approved.
