These liquid pouches are designed for outdoor emergency and automotive liquid storage and transport. The bag body is heat-sealed from light-blocking laminated film, and the structure can be four-side sealed or stand-up bottom sealed depending on filling and use. During production, seal width and sealing temperature are checked batch by batch to reduce leakage and ballooning. A spout, self-closing valve or screw cap can be fitted at the opening, while handle or hang holes make pouring and short-distance carrying easier. The 8L size suits single-fill use, and bag style and opening can be adjusted for other applications.
Common laminate structures include PET/PA/PE and PET/VMPET/PE. Film layers can be selected for light blocking, oil resistance or puncture resistance, and the light-blocking layer is suitable for gasoline, windshield washer fluid and other liquids that should avoid direct light. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure, with artwork, colour codes and registration matched to your samples or drawings; matt, gloss and spot effects are also possible. Standard capacities range from 100ml to 8L, and bag type, spout diameter, film thickness and roll width are open to discussion. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for automatic filling lines.

The custom process usually follows these steps: discuss use and volume, provide a sample bag or artwork, confirm material structure and print layout, approve a proof, then move to mass production. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop. Printing, lamination, bag making and inspection are completed on one site. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with production and delivery scheduled to the confirmed plan.
