Custom 5L Handled Kitchen Cleaner Liquid Pouches & 750ml Degreaser Bags

Designed for kitchen cleaners, degreasers and comparable liquids, these flexible pouches can be ordered as stand-up bags, flat-bottom bags or soft pouches with a die-cut handle, depending on the filling method and retail presentation. Heat seals run along all four sides, and seal width plus embossing pattern can be adjusted to reduce leakage risk during shipping. Dispensing is configurable: spout pouch, valved spout or tear notch. The 5L format is usually supplied with a handle, while 750ml packs commonly use a spout or screw cap.

Laminate choices include PET/PE, NY/PE and PET/AL/PE. The inner layer is a heat-seal film suitable for liquid filling, with barrier and chemical resistance adjusted to the formula being packed. Printing is 1-8 color gravure, capable of solid backgrounds, gradients and fine linework with strong reproduction. Capacities range from 100ml to 5L. Bag width, height, spout diameter and roll film width can be customized to your artwork, and matching roll film in the same material is also available.

Typical applications cover kitchen cleaners, degreasers, detergents, disinfectants, and many liquid household or industrial additives. The custom process starts with a sample bag or artwork; after confirming material, size, spout and print file, a sample is produced, and bulk manufacturing follows once approved. The factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, equipped with a Class 10000 clean workshop and gravure printing equipment. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and printing through bag making is completed in-house for better quality and delivery control.
