Built for medium- to high-viscosity liquids and semi-fluid foods, this stand-up pouch keeps a crisp, self-supporting shape on the shelf. Its top-mounted screw cap spout seals tight when closed and pours cleanly when twisted open, helping reduce product left around the neck. Widened four-side heat seals, a bottom gusset and reinforced weld lines work together to resist pressure and leakage during stacking, shipping and handling. That makes the pouch a practical pack for heavier fills such as 5kg sesame oil or sesame paste, while still being easy for consumers to reopen and dispense again and again.

Pouch bodies are commonly made from food-grade laminates including PET/PE, PA/PE and PET/AL/PE. The film structure and thickness can be tailored to your product's acidity, oil content and sterilisation method, balancing barrier performance, puncture resistance and drop strength. The outer layer accepts 1–8 colour gravure printing, delivering strong colour, stable registration and clear reproduction of brand colours, gradients and fine text. Standard capacities span 500ml–5L, or roughly 1kg–6kg, and bag format, spout diameter, seal width and matching roll film can all be customised from your artwork.
