Add a spout, angled nozzle, or valve at the top for controlled pouring and repeated closure. Seal width and corner radius are set according to fill weight; tear notches or hang holes can be added to improve opening and shelf presentation across retail, e-commerce, and promotional gift channels.

The pouch structure typically uses PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/PE laminated film. Barrier and sealant layers are chosen around the product being packed to help resist puncture, light, and leakage. Graphics are produced with 1-8 colour gravure printing, covering solid shades, full-bleed backgrounds, and multi-colour designs with stable registration and faithful colour reproduction. Available volumes span 100ml to 5L, with film width, bag length, and spout diameter calculated from the actual fill volume. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied for in-house filling lines.
