Custom 500ml Bullet Screw Cap Liquid Pouch for Hair Cream & Lotion Filling

This pouch uses a 500ml bullet screw cap as its dispensing and sealing point. The body can be made as a stand-up or shaped three-dimensional pouch, with durable three-side or four-side heat seals. Turning the screw cap spout open allows smooth pouring or squeezing, with less product left behind. Its unprinted white surface is convenient for general filling and can be labelled or overprinted afterward, making it a practical format for hair dye cream, lotion and other low-to-medium viscosity pastes.

For the pouch structure, PE, PET, PA and AL can be selected in single-layer or multi-layer laminations, with a food-grade inner contact layer that delivers barrier and chemical resistance for creams and emulsions. Printing runs on 1–8 colour gravure equipment, and sample- or artwork-based customisation supports consistent colour matching. Standard capacities span 100ml to 5L; pouch style, spout diameter and cap design can be matched to your filling line, and roll film in the same material is also available.

Typical applications cover personal care, hair care, food sauces and liquid portions, along with small- to medium-volume filling of chemical and agrochemical liquids.
