Custom 500 ml Drinking Water Spout Pouch | Foil-Laminated Thickened Liquid Pouch for Soda & Beverages

This custom 500 ml spout pouch is designed around a single-serve drinking volume. Its body uses an aluminium foil laminate with added thickness, and the top-fit spout opens with a twist for direct drinking. The material structure blocks gas and light, which helps carbonated drinks retain fizz for longer and supports easy portion control for water. Kody Packaging manufactures it to order across 1–1000 ml capacities.

Several laminated plies make up the pouch wall. The aluminium foil ply serves as a light and oxygen barrier, while the thicker laminate increases rigidity and pressure resistance. A reinforced heat-sealed joint between the spout and body helps prevent seepage if the pouch is inverted or squeezed. The stand-up base keeps filled pouches upright for tidy storage and shelf display; the screw cap can be opened and closed repeatedly, allowing leftover liquid to be capped and carried.

Printing can be produced in 1–8 colours. Capacities span 1–1000 ml, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Artwork, pouch dimensions, spout diameter and thickness are confirmed from the customer's drawing, and sizes other than 500 ml can be selected within the same range.

These pouches are intended for liquid drinking-water packaging. They are often used for mineral water and carbonated soft drinks, and can also be applied to hydrogen-rich water, juice, soup and milk.

Manufacturing takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand. Sampling is available for approval before bulk production. For carbonated fills, wall thickness and the spout seal are the first points to confirm, as both affect how long the drink keeps its bubbles.
