Custom 5 L Stand-Up Spout Pouch with Carry Handle | Metallized & Aluminum Foil Liquid Bag for Outdoor Drinking Water

This 5 L stand-up spout pouch builds the carry function into the bag itself, targeting outdoor carrying and portioning of drinking water and other liquids. The carry hole is cut into the pouch body, so no separate handle accessory is required; when lifted, the shoulders help distribute the load.

The pouch combines metallized film (VMPET) with pure aluminium (AL). The aluminium layer provides the primary barrier, reducing light and gas transmission, while the metallized layer creates a reflective metal surface and a metallic sheen. Aluminium film is relatively soft, so a suitable seal width is needed after lamination for the pouch to bear the filled weight.

The capacity is 5 L, and printing supports 1–8 colours. Fittings include a screw cap, spout and hand carry, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs. The carry-hole diameter, position and pouch artwork can all be customized.

Main applications are outdoor portioning of drinking water and beverages, along with liquid delivery where hand carrying is needed. The spout diameter fits common filling equipment, and the screw cap can reseal the pouch after opening. At the nominal 5 L fill, weight concentrates at the pouch shoulders, so the carry-hole area requires reinforcement.
