Built for craft brewing applications, this custom metallized beer spout pouch has a stand-up body and includes a spout, screw cap and handle so a filled pouch can be carried easily. The product range covers 1-10 L, while the specification table lists 5 L. It fits draught and fresh beer dispensed in stores, takeaway sales, and small-batch filling for tasting sets.

The pouch uses a laminated construction and can be specified with either a metallized or a pure aluminium layer. A metallized layer offers a practical balance between barrier performance and cost; pure aluminium blocks light more thoroughly and delivers a higher barrier, making it suitable for fermented liquids prone to oxidation. The final structure depends on the fill product and expected shelf life, with light and oxygen protection usually the priority for beer.

Printing runs from 1 to 8 colours. Standard accessories are a spout, screw cap and handle, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Pouch shape, handle placement and spout diameter can be customised; artwork follows the customer's design file, and the colour sequence is confirmed at proofing.

Common applications include craft beer pouches, fresh beer pouches, drinking water pouches, juice pouches and soup stock pouches, as well as other fermented or gas-containing liquids. They also suit other alcoholic drinks that require light-protected transport.
