Custom 5 L Lemon Juice Spout Pouch | 33 mm Wide Outlet, Burst-Resistant, with Handle

Designed for filling and pouring lemon juice, this 5-litre spout pouch has a 33 mm wide outlet. It covers 1–20 L capacities, features a transparent body and includes a carry handle. The wider opening helps prevent pulp or particles from collecting at the pour point.

The pouch body is made from transparent laminated material. Its clear layer makes juice colour and fill level easy to check; inside the laminate, the inner layer provides heat sealing and contacts the liquid, while the outer layer carries the printed artwork. In the product name, “burst-resistant” means the pouch structure is designed for pressure changes during filling and transport; actual pressure performance should be confirmed through sample testing.

Capacity options range from 1–20 L, and printing supports 1–8 colours. Fittings include a carry handle, spout and screw cap, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs. The 33 mm outlet and pouch dimensions can both be customised.

The main application is lemon juice and similar juice drinks, and it can also be used for portioning other liquid foods. A wide outlet helps with filling-line connection, the handle makes carrying easier, and the screw cap reseals the pack after opening, which fits shops and delivery settings.
