Custom 5 L Foldable Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Draught Beer & Drinking Water

This 5 L stand-up spout pouch is built for draught beer and drinking water. Its foldable design lets empty pouches lie flat before filling, so they take up less warehouse space. After filling, the base expands and supports the pouch upright. A spout, screw cap and carry feature make transport and dispensing easier.

The pouch body uses laminated material. The laminated film remains flexible through repeated folding, avoiding hard creases. Its inner layer acts as the heat-seal layer in contact with the liquid, while the outer layer carries the printed design. The stand-up base is created by a folding process, and bottom seal quality determines how steadily the filled pouch stands.

Capacity is 5 L, and printing supports 1–8 colours. Fittings include a spout, screw cap and carry feature. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch layout and dimensions can be customised to order.

Typical uses include draught beer and drinking water, often seen in restaurants, distribution points and outdoor events. The spout enables convenient pouring, and the screw cap reseals the pouch after opening. Flattened empty pouches are easy to collect and handle. Marked at 5 L, a filled pouch has a low centre of gravity and resists tipping when laid in a delivery crate.
