Custom 5 L Dual-Outlet Stand-Up Liquid Pouch with Top Spout, Bottom Valve & Carry Handle

A top spout and a lower valve create two separate outlets on this stand-up pouch, so filling and emptying can be managed independently. The transparent laminated body shows both the liquid and its fill level, while the carry handle makes 5 L drinking water and other beverages easier to transport in portable portions.

The construction uses transparent laminated material, PE and nylon. Nylon contributes toughness and better drop resistance; PE provides the heat-seal layer and the product-contact surface; after lamination, the film balances see-through clarity with mechanical strength. Each outlet position needs its own reinforced seal, and keeping the pouch face flat around the welded spout is critical during bag making.

Volume is 5 L, and printing can run from 1 to 8 colours. Spouts, screw caps and valves are the available fittings, and they can be combined according to how the pack is filled and used. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs; pouch style, colour and artwork are all made to customer requirements.

Typical filled products include drinking water, hydrogen-rich water, fresh beer, soup, milk and juice. The pouch also suits outdoor hydration, restaurant takeaway and group delivery, where liquid needs to be carried and poured easily. The bottom valve supports bulk draining, and the top spout is intended for drinking directly or dispensing in smaller amounts.

Lamination, slitting, bag making, spout fitting and valve welding are completed in house, and samples can be developed from a customer's reference bag.
