This 5 L stand-up spouted liquid pouch uses aluminium foil and pure aluminium as the main body materials, and can be supplied with either a large or small spout plus a screw cap. Compared with a clear film pouch, an aluminium foil/pure aluminium construction delivers stronger light blocking, making it suitable for portable liquids that also need light protection and barrier performance.

The aluminium layers used in pouch making are not heat-sealable on their own, so they are laminated with sealable films during production. The resulting structure lets aluminium carry the barrier function: the dense pure aluminium layer helps restrict oxygen and moisture ingress, while the foil layer keeps the pouch flexible when folded. Aluminium can crease after bending, so repeated heavy compression during shipping should be avoided.

Capacity is 5 L. Printing can run from 1 to 8 colours, and the pouch is fitted with a spout and screw cap. Spout openings come in large and small diameters, allowing selection based on filling equipment and end use. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and bag style and artwork are customised to order.

Typical applications include drinking water, beverages, soup and milk that need portable liquid packaging. It also suits outdoor use and emergency stock where storage away from light is important. The spout and screw cap support partial dispensing, and the cap can be tightened for continued storage.

These pouches are manufactured by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, with lamination and bag making completed in house. Samples can be produced from a customer's bag to verify the aluminium layer structure and printed result. The foil-to-pure-aluminium ratio, number of print colours and chosen fittings affect the unit price, so quotations are based on the approved sample.
