This cosmetic spout pouch is built for small-dose packaging of lip glaze, mascara and lip gloss. A shaped outline can be combined with a stand-up base and a spout, making the pouch easy to dispense from and carry. Compared with rigid containers, flexible pouches allow more distinctive contours, which helps a cosmetic product stand out in shelf display.
The pouch body uses a laminated composite material. In a small format, sealing accuracy and spout dimensions become more critical, so the available sealing margin during production is narrower. The shaped silhouette is created with a pouch-making die; the spout is heat sealed into the pouch opening, and the bottom is formed so the pouch can stand.
Capacity is presented in specifications such as 15 g, while the product name also refers to very small 5 g formats for single-dose or trial use. Printing can run in 1–8 colors, with artwork positioned around the shaped outline. The minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs.
Listed applications cover household chemicals, mascara, lip gloss, body lotion, sheet masks, facial cleanser and liquids. The pouch suits cosmetic samples, mask essence, cleanser portion packs, trial distribution, and small companion pouches inside gift boxes.
Production is handled by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. For a shaped pouch, the die layout and artwork must be matched and confirmed first; bulk production follows after sample approval, keeping the outline and print position aligned and reducing the risk of offset in the full run.
