Built for water-weighting and liquid storage duties, this pouch uses a square, reinforced three-dimensional body that stays in shape after filling and resists bulging or distortion. Its screw cap valve can be opened and closed repeatedly for filling, draining and sealing, while reinforced seals and valve areas help reduce leakage risk. Depending on your sample, hanging holes, gussets or a spout version can also be added, making it suitable for advertising board bases, display stand water tanks and similar weighting formats.
The body can be made from PE and PA composite film structures to balance flexibility, drop resistance and puncture resistance. The surface accepts 1-8 colour gravure printing, allowing brand graphics, colour blocks and logos to be customized from your artwork. Standard capacities cover 3L–5L, and bag dimensions, valve diameter, film thickness and reinforcement method can all be adjusted. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied for continuous production on automated filling lines.
Typical applications include advertising board counterweights, event display stands, outdoor water-filled bases, liquid storage and transport, and industrial weighting. Send a sample or drawing for evaluation and sampling; production begins after material, printing and bag style are confirmed. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop and controlled processes from printing to bag making.
